I love goals. I am an achiever.
Save money. Graduate. Take the trip. Grow leaders. Learn to coach better.

Personally, my goals are steady and intentional. I save across a few different accounts, each with a clear purpose, which helps me choose saving over spending. This year I am adding a new one. I graduate from my master’s program in December and I am planning a big trip to celebrate. That experience matters, so it gets its own savings goal.

At work, my focus is alignment and leadership growth. I am taking high-level company goals and translating them down to my teams and then to each individual. Clear goals for my managers, clear goals for their teams, and space to develop new leaders along the way.

Exercise is always the hardest one for me. I am keeping it simple. Consistency over perfection. Hitting my watch’s move ring most days and averaging success over time is enough.

Clear goals. Real priorities. Progress that compounds.
