This quote stopped me in my tracks today:
"Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others." – Jack Welch
Lately I’ve felt that quiet pressure—the kind that whispers you should be doing more. Not louder, not flashier. Just more.
But this reminded me that leadership doesn’t always mean stepping in. Sometimes it means stepping back. Creating space. Letting others grow.
True progress might not come from what I carry. It might come from what I make room for.
